(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated, Dutch Speaking Enrolment Coordinator for its client – a well-established global HR solutions company.

This role works closely with candidates to ensure they are on-boarded correctly and process their placement and benefits accurately. This role would suit a well-organised team player with great communication skills and experience in HR or enrolment/onboarding administration. You will be working in team using, your Dutch skills on daily basis. Our client requires a pro-active candidate with excellent eye for detail and strong communication skills, who is able to provide efficient, accurate and timely service at all times.

Duties of the Dutch Speaking Enrolment Coordinator:

• Check compliance documentation and generate contracts

• Prepare and update files and other system content as required

• Onboarding of New starters and first day inductions, and re booking

• Provide excellent service at all times and build effective relationships

• Assist with visa applications where necessary

• Maintain records and produce reports when necessary

• Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements of the Dutch Speaking Enrolment Coordinator:

• Native level Fluency in Dutch required

• Some previous experience in HR administration

• Knowledge of HR theory or administration

• Knowledge of Dutch HR legislation highly desirable

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

• Able to work on own initiative

• PC literate with experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent organization and time management skills and a keen eye for detail
