(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated, Dutch speaking HR Coordinator for its client – a well-established, international manufacturing company.
This exciting role will involve supporting Hiring managers and HR team. Candidates should be well-organised team players with great communication skills and experience in HR administration. You will be working in a small in house team using your Dutch skills on daily basis. This role would suit a pro-active candidate with excellent eye for detail, strong communication skills, who is able to provide efficient, accurate and timely service at all times.
Duties of the Dutch speaking HR Coordinator:
• First point of contact from managers, suppliers and contractors
• Check compliance documentation and generate contracts
• Prepare and update files and other system content as required
• Assist with new starters and first day inductions, and re booking
• Provide excellent service at all times and build effective relationships with business partners
• Coordinate interviews
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
• Attend meeting and conference calls as requested
• Process invoices and timesheets
• Train suppliers and contractors on in house systems
• Work towards improving processes
• Maintain records and produce reports when necessary
• Help producing client presentations
• Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements of the Dutch Speaking HR Coordinator:
• Native level Fluency in Dutch required
• Previous experience in HR administration highly desirable but will consider HR graduates
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Able to work on own initiative
• Negotiation skills and business acumen
• Target driven and enthusiastic
• PC literate with experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP experience desirable but not required
• Excellent organization and time management skills and a keen eye for detail
• Engineering knowledge or interest an advantage
