Responsibilities of the Enterprise Account Manager – Renewals – Norwegian Speaking:

 

  • Drive engagement for existing customers to ensure business growth

  • Ensure excellent client relationship management is delivered at all times and negotiate contract renewals

  • Maximise business opportunities through upsell to existing clients during renewal periods

  • Drive engagement for new and existing customers to ensure business growth

  • Identity current risks and how the team can improve or increase product renewal rates

  • Manage a high volume of complex renewals of enterprise businesses

 

Requirements of the Enterprise Account Manager – Renewals – Norwegian Speaking:

 

  • Fluent Norwegian to native level and an excellent level of English

  • Strong communication and influential skills

  • Business related University degree

  • Solid Renewal Account Management experience in the SaaS industry

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Good team player
