Duties of the Event Manager – European languages

• Plan events from start to finish, manage budgets, source and negotiate vendors and suppliers

• Oversee the performance of the events ensuring strategies are aligned with commercial objectives

• Monitor, analyse and report performance to the managers and make any necessary improvement for operations and marketing

• Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure presentations and material are prepared, lead promotional activities

• Coordinate with the operations teams making sure events are set up and resolve any issues that may occur

Requirements of the Event Manager – European languages

• Native level of English, fluency in another European language is a strong plus

• Project management skills and ability to work to deadlines

• Experience as an Event Manager, Event Producer or Conference Manager

• Team player and problem solver

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Commercially driven with a track record of achieving results

• Enthusiastic with strong influential skills – ability to lead by example

• Availability for frequent travel to events
