Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is seeking a proactive Export Customer Service Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing powerhouse, boasting a global clientele spanning over 80 countries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organization and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Fluency in English and at least 1 (one) of the following languages required: Polish, Dutch, Hindi, Greek, Italian or Turkish
Responsibilities:
Respond professionally and promptly to queries from overseas clients
Manage relationships with assigned accounts and maintain accurate client records on CRM system
Process orders, returns and deal with any delivery issues
Provide quotes and export documentation where required
Support the sales team with onboarding new customers
Assist credit control efforts
Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Profile required:
Fluent English with fluency in one of the following languages:Polish, Dutch, Hindi, Greek, Italian or Turkish
Previous experience in customer support, B to B client service, sales export, order management
International background
Excellent communication skills and reliable team player
Familiar with ticketing and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise
Organised, pro-active and positive mindset
