Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is seeking a proactive Export Customer Service Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing powerhouse, boasting a global clientele spanning over 80 countries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organization and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Fluency in English and at least 1 (one) of the following languages required: Polish, Dutch, Hindi, Greek, Italian or Turkish

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond professionally and promptly to queries from overseas clients

  • Manage relationships with assigned accounts and maintain accurate client records on CRM system

  • Process orders, returns and deal with any delivery issues

  • Provide quotes and export documentation where required

  • Support the sales team with onboarding new customers

  • Assist credit control efforts

  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner

 

Profile required:

  • Fluent English with fluency in one of the following languages:Polish, Dutch, Hindi, Greek, Italian or Turkish

  • Previous experience in customer support, B to B client service, sales export, order management

  • International background

  • Excellent communication skills and reliable team player

  • Familiar with ticketing and CRM systems

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise

  • Organised, pro-active and positive mindset
