for their client, an international company based near Northampton, Kettering, Loughborough, Leicester, Wellingborough, Luton or Milton Keynes

Finnsih OR Swedish Speaking Contract Administrator

To carry out the contract process, resolving any queries from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities of the Finnish OR Swedish Speaking Contract Administrator:

• To ensure the billing process adheres to company procedures
• Maximise efficiency relating to customer enquiries
• Answer customer calls relating to queries and issues
• Process any amendments in the contract administration
• Support the team leader to ensure all targets are met

Requirements:

• Fluency in English AND Finnish OR Swedish At least 1 year’s office experience
• Ability to process data in an accurate and timely manner
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to prioritise and make decisions
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
