LRS are currently recruiting for a French and Spanish Customer Service Specialist for a global technology company with clients all over Europe

French and Spanish speaking Customer Service Specialist - Key Duties:

  • French and Spanish B2B speaking Customer service support to Technology clients in France and Spain while providing excellent coordination and quality communication always
  • Providing information about IT product information as well as pricing and solving technical problems to the French and Spanish speaking markets
  • Working on return of products credits and refunds
  • Supporting supervisors and other members of the team
  • Mapping opportunities and improvements of systems and escalating them to the team

French and Spanish speaking Customer Service Rep Support Representative - to apply you will have:

  • Fluency in both French and Spanish as well as English language (written & spoken)
  • Previous experience or internship (at least 6 months) in Customer Service or client support or similar
  • Great relationship building skills
  • A consultative telephone approach (non aggressive)
  • Strong attention to details
