French Customer Service Representative

French Customer Service Representative - Duties:

Providing Customer Service in French using online channels as well as emails and phone
Helping leisure accounts with their queries
Research answers to solutions or technical issues
Providing admin and support to other departments

French Customer Service Representative - must have:

Fluency in French
Previous experience in customer service ideally for a web or online portal or similar company
Able to find answers to issues as well as troubleshooting
Having a solution driven and customer service personality
