Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a bilingual French speaking Office Coordinator and Sales Team Support for their world-renowned client based in the city of London. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external contacts, responsible for a wide-range of duties, and providing administrative support to the Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent office administration and client-facing skills, who enjoys a varied role and working for a leading company in its field of expertise.

Duties of the French speaking Office Coordinator and Sales Team Support:
- Being a first point of contact for clients at the London office
- Answering calls and handling queries
- Coordinating post and courier services, including tracking deliveries and receipts
- Helping with event coordination and exhibitions, such as liaising with venues, sending out communication or advertising, arranging travel, and booking food and entertainment
- Assisting in finding quotes for suppliers, handling purchase orders, invoices, and budget checks
- Organising and providing materials requested for press and media purposes
- Helping maintain smooth-running office operations, such as ordering supplies as needed, making sure meeting rooms and office space is tidy and organised, and that equipment needed is in good working order
- Helping to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Processing orders and invoices, as well as chasing outstanding payments and looking into issues or answering relevant queries
- General admin support for the Sales Team and Sales Director
- Some diary and calendar management for the team and director

Requirements of the French speaking Office Coordinator and Sales Team Support:
- Excellent English and fluency in French is desired (other languages such as Spanish and Italian will also be considered)
- Degree educated or minimum A-levels
- Previous experience in an office administration or sales support position
- Great organisational skills and a good eye for detail
- A self-starter and pro-active personality
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
