LRS are currently recruiting for either a French or German Customer Service Supervisor/ Customer Service Team Leader/ Customer Service Manager for a vibrant and innovative digital company with clients all over the world
French or German Customer Service Team Leader/ Customer Service Supervisor/ Customer Service Manager - Key Duties:

• Managing the team, making sure their performance is to high standards
• Drafting reports on team performance
• Dealing with client issues which get escalated by the team and fixing issues
• Performance reports coordination
• One to one meeting s with cs team members
• Developing team members and drafting reports on their work
• Feedback management
• Team motivation and supervision

French or German Customer Service Team Leader/ Customer Service Supervisor/ Customer Service Manager - to apply you will have:

• Fluency in either French or German as well as English
• Experience in managing a customer service/ customer care team in either a call centre/ contact centre
• Leading experience and skills
• Great relationship building skills
• Passion for supervision, team leading and delegation
• Strong attention to details
