Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting an experienced Credit Control team leader or Credit control Supervisor with French language skills to join a growing international company based in North-West London

Credit Control Team Leader with French, main duties:

• Support the manager in developing and maintaining business procedures

• Ensure the team follows company policies and processes

• Oversee establishment of credit limits & timely collection of outstanding receivables by the team

• Assist with team’s KPI reviews and performance meetings

• Provide training of new starters

• Serve as first line escalation point for both external and internal stakeholders

• Collaborate with sales and operations business partners and larger financial teams

Credit Control Team Leader with French - Profiles:

• Fluency in English and French spoken and written

• Previous Team Leading experience in a credit control environment

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Positive with can-do attitude and Process oriented

• Ability to train and motivate a team

• Background with multi-currency ledgers and knowledge of ERP ideal
