Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Support: Provide timely assistance to the team to ensure efficient query resolution.

  • Training and Coaching: Deliver ongoing training and coaching to advisors, assisting them in achieving personal and company goals.

  • Communication Enhancement: Analyse and improve the quality of communication within your team.

  • Cross-department Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to address issues and propose service improvements.

  • People Management: Oversee team members, manage absences, assess performance, and maintain a positive working environment.

  • KPI Monitoring: Keep track of key performance indicators and create detailed reports.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in both English and French.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, combined with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Tech Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

  • Sector Knowledge: Previous experience in the luxury or hospitality sector is advantageous.

  • Leadership Experience: Leadership or team management experience is desirable.

  • Detail Orientation: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

  • Call Centre Experience: Prior experience in a busy call centre environment is a plus.

  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
