Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a French Speaking Finance Manager for their client a prestigious FMCG group in central London.
Responsibilities of the French Speaking Finance Manager:
- Process all invoices and ensure the purchase ledger is up to date
- Liaise with suppliers regarding payments queries in France
- Correspond with management and regarding payments to be processed
- Allocate suppliers’ payments on a daily basis
- Liaise with the credit controller with regards to accounts receivables
- Post prepayments, accruals, depreciation
- Carry out bank reconciliations in sterling and euro currencies
- Produce monthly management accounts in a timely manner
- Be the go to person for Auditors regarding queries
Requirements of the French Speaking Finance Manager:
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Good decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines
