Job Title: French speaking HR Administrator
Salary: up to 26k per annum + excellent benefits

(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated, French speaking HR Administrator for its client – a well-established, international manufacturing company.
This exciting role will involve supporting HR managers and employees with HR issues, especially for the EMEA region. Candidates should be well-organised team players with great communication skills and experience in HR administration. You will be working in a team with 2 other HR coordinators, using your French skills on daily basis. This role suits a pro-active candidate with excellent eye for detail, strong communication skills, who is able to provide efficient, accurate and timely service at all times.
Duties of the French speaking HR Administrator:
- Provide general administrative support to HR managers and guidance to companies’ employees across the EMEA region
- Check employees’ right to work and other documentation and generate a high-volume of employment contracts in English or French
- Prepare and update personnel files and other HR Database content as required
- Assist with new starters and first day inductions
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and build effective relationships with HR business partners
Requirements of the French speaking HR Administrator:
- Fluency in English and French required
- Previous experience in HR administration highly desirable but will consider HR graduates
- Excellent communication, customer service and relationship skills
- PC literate with experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP experience desirable but not required
- Excellent organization and time management skills and a keen eye for detail
