Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting an experienced and French speaking marketing executive or an account manager or Tender specialist to join a growing international company based in Kent.

Reporting directly to the General Director, you will support the Sales and Marketing Departments and play a critical part in the company achieving its growth plan and ensure smooth operations of marketing & commercial campaigns

Experience responding to RFP and tenders is required as well as Fluency in French spoken and written.

Main Responsibilities

• Support Marketing and Commercial teams for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

• Manage tender and bid documentation and applications

• Researching and understanding individual pre-qualification and tender requirements

• Assist in developing & planning marketing campaigns

• Online content creation as well as marketing literature (brochures, PR…)

• Conduct market & competitor research

• Assist in the organisation of exhibitions, conferences

• Support team in promotional events and campaigns

• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations

• Yearly catalogue update and assist with the launching of new product on assigned markets

• Manage clients and sales teams’ queries in liaison with the Product managers

• Ad hoc project management or administrative support for the General Director

Requirements:

• Fluent English with native level French spoken and written essential

• Previous experience as a marketing assistant, commercial or marketing executive

• Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Outstanding communication and written skills

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and creative mindset

• Confident MS Office user

• Positive team player with good interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of the scientific, life science sector would be preferred
