Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop creative and well-thought-out marketing strategies.

  • Execute marketing campaigns and provide performance reports to ensure they meet set KPIs.

  • Manage the creation and design of new marketing materials and update existing ones.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that attract new business prospects and retain existing clients.

  • Support the development of marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and materials for all revenue streams.

  • Continuously review and refine marketing plans, response rates, attendee details, and industry best practices.

  • Implement community building and social media strategies to engage the audience and improve brand affinity.

  • Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with the Finance team for reporting.

  • Ensure databases are up to date.

  • Provide accurate and timely reports on key marketing data and forecasts.

  • Lead the planning and execution of visitor and delegate registration.

 

Profile of the French speaking Marketing Manager:

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Solid background in marketing or digital marketing.

  • Previous experience in team leading

  • Preferred experience in the B2B events industry.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects within the agreed budget and timeline.

  • Strong IT skills, ideally CMS.

  • Adaptable with outstanding communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail.

  • Social Media Savvy with excellent copywriting skills.

  • Willingness to work additional hours as required during event periods.
