Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for an office manager / office coordinator to support employees and office activities of their international high-profile client a based in central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a French speaker to join and to develop their career within a fast-paced creative environment.


Duties of the French Speaking Office coordinator


  • Welcome clients VIP guests’ business and headquarter visitors,

  • Office administration as well as managing post, telephone and emails

  • Responsible for office supplies orders, and negotiating terms with suppliers

  • Search new premises and plan office relocation

  • Point of contact for IT support providers as well as building managers

  • Plan office events

  • Ensure compliance and equipment maintenance for safety, security, fire and health

  • Manage files and documents in the outsourced storage.

  • Arrange hotels, flights, restaurants, cars bookings

  • Prepare immigration and visa request letters where needed

  • Ad-hoc admin work.


Requirements of the French Speaking office coordinator :


  • Fluent English to native level both spoken and written

  • French language skills are a real plus

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Good MS office skills

  • Background in managing VIP clients is a bonus

  • Organised, adaptable, and able to work towards deadlines

  • Collaborative team-player with Positive and Creative mindset
