Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an experienced French speaking Operations and Administrative Director for a global financial company in their beautiful London office. This role will require a high-level of confidence, strong organisational skills to manage and coordinate a variety of tasks across the office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Operations Manager or Administrative Manager with previous experience in corporate and fast-paced environment looking for a varied and busy role. You will be using your French languages skills and be part of a friendly, growing and driven UK team of this global corporation.

 

Duties of the French Operations and Administrative Director:


- Responsible for overseeing office operations and logistics for the region
- Managing a team of 7 staff
- Work in partnership with internal departments and teams regularly to ensure effective business operations
- Communicate effectively with Senior Managers and Head Office
- Provide support the MD to successfully implement policies within the company
- Oversee budgeting and accounting procedures
- Manage operating costs and expenses
- Evaluate performance of team members
- Assist with improving internal processes

Requirements of the French Operations and Administrative Director:

- Bilingual French and English language skills both Written and Spoken
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid experience in a similar environment
- Understanding of Finance processes
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills and additional software applications
- Initiative and discretion
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work in fast-paced environment
- A can-do attitude. 
- A great team player who can show willingness to help
- Adaptable Creative Problem-solving capabilities
- Professional, polite, friendly.
