Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Client reservations requests and engage in upselling opportunities

• Provide detailed quotations

• Build strong client relationships

• Update database accurately

• Provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues

• Serve as a dedicated brand ambassador

• Give clear handover information and solid team support.

Requirements:

• Outstanding English communication skills

• French fluency spoken and written

• Previous Experience in luxury customer service or sales

• Strong attention to detail

• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for weekend shifts.
