Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting on behalf of a very well established and iconic Luxury hotel Group. They are looking to expand their reservations team due to increased demand and internal promotions. The successful candidates will look after exclusive clients and pride themselves on going that extra mile to deliver the very best level of service.

Working in this elite environment, it is imperative that candidates are well presented, punctual, and discrete at all times. An articulate individual looking for a challenging role could fit right in here or someone with experience in a luxury service environment with the right level of skills.

Duties include: client reservations, upselling, relationship building, database updates, effective communication and giving a high level of service to the client and the team

Requirements of the French Speaking Reservations Consultant:

• Outstanding English communication skills

• Bilingual French speaker

• Other Language skills highly desirable

• Experience of working in the luxury customer service or sales environment

• Degree level education preferred but not essential

• Able to work enthusiastically with other members of the Team

• Strong Attention to Detail

• Knowledge of hotel software highly desirable

• Available for shift work including weekends
