This is a second line (level 2) French speaking Technical Support Engineer/ IT Support Engineer  role offering an - Amazing Package - Working Hours Monday to Thursday 8.00 - 17.00, Friday 8.00 - 15.00

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a French speaking Technical Support Engineer/ IT Support Engineer to work for a prestigious Company based in Sunbury On Thames , south west of London easy to reach from Central London Waterloo or anywhere in South West London

- Duties:

  • Dealing with technical calls (products and tech questions) from distributors, resellers and end users in French and English
  • Solving technical and IT support  queries issues using various channels such as email, phone, chat or social media
  • Performing tests on customer issues to assess the problem at its root
  • Drafting issue report
  • Keeping up to date with company products such as  hardware/software
  • Travelling occasionally but not often

 

must have:

  • Fluent French and English
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
  • Either 2nd level Technical support engineer, IT support,  helpdesk experience is required
  • Hardware experience  and MS Operating Systems experience
  • Computer Networks and  PC Architecture knowledge
