Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking a French speaking Technical Support Executive for their world-renowned client based in the city of London. To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will have previous experience in a similar customer support or client service position in an engineer or electrical business and the drive to deliver world-class technical support.

French Technical Support Executive – Main Duties:
- Answer customer queries across multiple communication channels
- Deliver technical expertise to clients on company’s products, services and systems
- Investigate any product or system issue and troubleshoot where required
- Ensure internal records are up-to-date and escalate client feedback where necessary
- Liaise with other departments to ensure clients are serviced effectively and professionally
- Assist on Ad hoc technical support project
- Some travelling to other company sites might be required from time to time

French Technical Support Executive – Requirement:
- Fluency in English and French is essential
- Degree in electrical engineering or electronics
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Effective communicator with a client service mind-set
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and interface with other departments
- Capacity to identify troubleshoot issues in the field
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
