Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a German-speaking Purchasing / Buying Administration Officer for the fast expanding UK buying team of an FMCG retailer with stores across the world.
Working for an international organisation within a highly productive team you will be managing the supply and availability of products throughout the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in retail to step up their career in friendly and busy offices in London.

German Purchasing / Buying Administration – Main Duties:
- Answering calls
- Liaising with Buyers and Suppliers
- Answering queries from sister offices and departments, local and international
- Identifying and dealing with discrepancies regarding suppliers’ data and products
- Assisting the audit departments regarding supply contracts
- Maintain accurate records on company’s database
- Ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks


German Purchasing / Buying Administration – Main Requirements:
- Fluent German language skills as well as English
- Organised and detailed oriented
- Self-starter able to work in high-pressure environment
- Adaptability and ability to prioritise
- Outstanding communication sills
- Strong computer skills
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn new things
