LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting a German Speaking Client Account Manager for their client, an international business solution consultancy based in London

Great opportunity for a dynamic graduate to work for a very well-established company offering business consultancy services to a niche sector of global clients across EMEA regions.

Responsibilities of the Client Account Manager – German Speaking:

Manage existing client accounts as well as developing new business opportunities

• Identifying the appropriate time to upsell additional products and services to existing clients
• Be the primary customer contact for client business enquiries
• Visiting clients and demonstrating new product range
• Liaising with international offices and internal teams and keeping them up-to-date with l client information and contacts
• Monthly reporting to management regarding marketing and product development issues
• Requirements of the Client Account Manager - German Speaking:

• Fluency in English as well as fluent German
• Educated to degree level is preferred or excellent apprenticeship
• Previous commercial work experience in a client facing role
• Excellent communication and client relationship building skills
• Confident and professional approach with excellent presentation skills, happy to visit clients and give presentations
• Strong attention to detail, good diction and must be comfortable working with figures (for calculation purposes) and numerical data
