This is a unique and prestigious Customer Service role which will allow you to work from anywhere in the world after the initial training in the company office.

(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a German speaking customer service executive for an exciting position in an international aviation company.

In this role you will be responsible for handling queries, manage your own workload and liaise with team members and various international clients and stakeholders.

Duties of the German speaking Customer Relations Advisor:

• Deal with high volume of enquiries via email/letter/phone
• Issue payments, compensations and gestures of goodwill with own initiative
• Ensure customer records are updated, have accountability for files
• Independently manage workload and meet company targets
• Administrative duties as required

Requirements of the German speaking Customer Relations Advisor:

• Fluency in both German and English required
• Previous customer service experience helpful but full training given
• Confident manner and ability to speak with clients and customers in a professional, emphatic and discrete manner
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Good MS Office skills
