German Customer Service Specialist - Key Duties:
 
- Handling inbound client queries in an efficient and professional manner
- Providing product information as well as pricing and solving technical problems
- Working on return of products credits and refunds
- Supporting supervisors and other members of the team
- Assisting with social media and website updates
- Mapping opportunities and improvements of systems and escalating them to the team
 
German Customer Service Specialist – Key requirements:
 
- Fluency in German as well as English (written & spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Service or client support or similar areas
- Great relationship building skills
- A consultative telephone approach (non-aggressive)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible Team player
