Ideal for either an experienced German Client Service Officer sales support client handling with at least 3 years’ + experience as a sales coordinator, sales associate, client service and client handling in either finance, business, wealth management operations, asset management, funds or similar.

You will be supporting the Shareholder Services team who provide Investor Support and operational oversight to all European Fund Complexes. This includes servicing the funds investors as well as internal Account Managers and Business Development Teams. You will be responsible for query resolution, on-boarding of new vendors and will also participate in project implementation.

This role is at our client international headquarter and is an opportunity to join one of the most renowned financial organisations as a German Finance Corporate Relationship Manager. The ideal applicant will have sales support and or coordination experience in either finance, business or relevant subject with a passion for the financial and economics, someone, who wants to pursue a career in the financial world and is genuinely passionate about it.

German Finance Corporate Relationship Manager Duties:

• Supporting client account retention and business development teams

• Account coordination supporting with drafting financial products presentation and documents

• Researching the international financial market as well as potential clients

• Competitor research and analysis

• Managing new clients dealing with their queries and requests as well as organising and attending meetings with senior members of the team

• Drafting accounts reports

• Sales admin and products training assistance to international clients

• Preparing and organising international conferences

• Assisting senior management with new business and client relationship building

• Gradually taking ownership of accounts and managing

• Progressing into a senior account manager role

German Finance Corporate Relationship Manager - Requirements:

• German to native standards as well as fluent English

• Previous experience at least 3 years in either client service, sales coordinator, sales associate, client handling in either finance, business, wealth management operations, asset, funds or similar

• An authentic passion for either finance, business or economics

• Good client facing skills

• Ideally similar work experience or internship however this is not essential for the right candidate

• Strong interest in finance

• Excellent organisational and relationship building skills
