LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is seeking a German / Dutch / French speaking Client Relationship Manager on behalf of our client, a leading international business solutions company based in the heart of London. The ideal candidate for this exciting role will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual who feels comfortable speaking with and presenting to top-tier corporate clients.
Responsibilities of the German / Dutch / French Speaking Client Relationship Manager:
• All aspects of client liaison: forging and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
• Responding promptly and accurately to business enquiries
• Participating in product development and project management
• Meeting with clients regularly to build and uphold relationships
• Training and mentoring other members of the team
• Generating new business by identifying possible new clients and recognising when to upsell additional products or services
• Gathering intelligence from clients on their needs and business developments
Requirements of the German / Dutch / French speaking Client Relationship Manager:
• Excellent people, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and either German, Dutch or French
• An outgoing personality with a dynamic team player attitude who exudes confidence in any professional scenario
• A knack for problem-solving and managing priorities
• A keen eye for detail and good numeracy skills
