Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for either a German or French Customer Service Manager SAP up to 75K to join a global pharmaceutical company with offices and clients global scale

Duties of the German or French Customer Service Manager SAP up to 75K

• Managing the SAP multilingual customer service team of 6-8 people.
• Guide the team to success via goal setting, performance reviewing, supervision and expert mentoring.
• Providing some customer service backup and problem resolution, as well as team development, training and the enhancement of the customer service offering

Requirements of the German or French Customer Service Manager SAP up to 75K

• German or French fluency
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience managing a customer service team
• Proven sales administration and sales order processing experience from within a similar customer services or import / export or sales support role
• Proficient IT skills are essential and good working knowledge of relevant computer systems, procedures, workflow management and monitoring systems are desirable (i.e SAP / Oracle / JD Edwards)
• Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
• Demonstrate initiative and a proactive attitude along with the flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise work
• The ability to commute to West London/ Surrey
