LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a German speaking Retail Merchandise Sourcing Manager

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international company
a German speaking Retail Merchandise Sourcing Manager Duties:

• Working directly with German speaking clients and product sourcing team both in Europe and China
• Working with Chinese suppliers in order to create and plan product development for retail clients in Europe
• Providing great client and Key Accounts management
• Buying and sourcing products for the retail sector
• Relationship building
• Procurement negotiation

German speaking Retail Merchandise Sourcing Manager In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Fluent in both German and English
• Previous experience in Retail Product Sourcing and or Merchandising from China/ Asia into Europe
• Experience / understanding of working production processes for retailers
• Strong commercial and financial abilities
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong Negotiation abilities
• Sourcing, buying Retail, procurement, merchandise and product development skills
