Experience in customer support, order processing, logistics would be ideal but not essential.

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting a German Speaking Customer Support / Sales Administrator for their client, a global manufacturing company in London. Great opportunity to utilise your language skills and initiative working for this International Multilingual Customer Support team on exciting European projects.  Other European languages will be a bonus such as Spanish or Polish in this varied and interesting role.

 German speaking Sales Order Administrator CRM – Logistics / German speaking Customer Support Duties:

  • Dealing customer enquiries by phone and email and providing product information
  • Keeping track of product details
  • Maintaining and updating database with new and potential client details
  • Products demos and upselling products
  • Collaborate with sales teams and taking part in sales meetings.
  • Order processing and dealing with logistics and invoicing.
  • Liaise and interact with overseas departments and international branches.
  • Following inbound shipments, liaise with forwarding agents and warehouse deliveries.  
  • Stock level maintenance and forecasting

 

 German speaking Sales Order Administrator CRM – Logistics / German speaking Customer Support - To apply for this exciting role, you will need to have:

  • Fluent in German as well as English both written and spoken, other languages such as Spanish or Polish will very useful.

  • Previous experience in either sales admin, order processing and or customer support

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to engage with clients and build relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS applications, Outlook, Word

  • CRM software knowledge would be a real plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
