LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is seeking a German Speaking Account Manager for our client, an international and exciting business management solutions company.

Our client is looking for a German speaker with experience managing corporate clients. This is a dynamic and exciting role, suitable for a quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be confident at managing client expectations, whilst being able to identify growth opportunities, as well as being comfortable with the administration of the accounts, and maintaining continuity of client contact.

Responsibilities of the German Speaking Account Manager:

Manage existing client accounts as well as developing new business opportunities

Identifying the appropriate time to upsell and cross sell services to existing clients

Be the primary customer contact for client business enquiries

Visiting clients discussing services offered

Ensuring accurate and up to date records of client account activities

Liaising with international offices and internal teams, to implement client requirements.

Projecting reports at regular intervals to track company achievements

Developing strategies for increasing revenue

Requirements of the German Speaking Account Manager:

Complete fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)

Educated to degree level is preferably related to business

At least 2 years commercial work experience in a client facing role

Ability to excel within a team orientated environment

Good MS Office skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Clear client relationship building skills

Resilient, Confident and professional approach with excellent presentation

Keen eye for detail, comfortable working with and numerical data

Happy to visit clients both nationally and Internationally
