German Speaking Business Assistant

Fantastic opportunity to start your career as German Speaking Business Assistant to work closely with the new CEO of an innovative environmental services organisation based in central London, with some international travel. Duties are broad and varied within a dynamic and exciting working environment.
LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting for German speaking Business Assistant who is articulate with excellent communication skills and the ability to compose correspondence and translate documents from English into German and vice versa.
This role would suit a confident and proactive Grad, who is quick to learn, able to use initiative and take on responsibility. Excellent IT skills required and good general level of numeracy.
Top notch written and spoken communication skills with a positive and personable approach will be essential. Experience or qualifications related to business or finance advantageous
German speaking Business Assistant duties will include:
Supporting the CEO in all of the day-to-day business responsibilities
Diary management, and meeting preparation
Arranging international travel and visa’s when necessary
General administrative support
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Produce documents including presentations when necessary
Attending meetings, taking minutes, typing and distributing these and following up on action points.
