Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently hiring a dedicated & experienced Client Service Advisor with German for a prestigious luxury company.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction within European export markets and leverage your German language skills and experience in B2B customer support & order management.
Efficiently process incoming queries ensuring prompt customer satisfaction.
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and process orders.
Manage complaints and delivery inquiries.
Provide Support to Field Sales Managers and other team members.
Utilize web chat for real-time client communication.
Collaborate with the Commercial Department on stock levels and account departments on credit levels.
Undertake general office administrative tasks and procedures.
Offer ad hoc support where needed.
Fluency in German and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ideally previous customer service or sales admin or export or order processing experience.
Organised, able to prioritise and work towards deadlines
Motivated and friendly
Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manners.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
