FX Client support with German, Main Duties

• Support German speaking clients with their queries using consultative relationship building skills
• Assist team with clients onboarding processes and KYC procedures
• Investigate and resolve trade queries and technical issues
• Assist client with account transfers and transactions

German speaking Client support FX Trading Profile:

• Fluent in German and English spoken and written
• Previous experience in FX and spread betting or similar financial services
• Good Numerical skills and knowledge of margin and fee calculations
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
