Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, B2B client advisor or order processing specialist for an international client in the retail industry.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator with German:
Deal with enquiries in a timely manner – escalating any issues to relevant departments
Assist business clients with any queries regarding orders, delivery or returns
Regular liaison with the finance team regarding invoices and credit notes
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional activities are well communicated in the local languages
Build relationships with clients to ensure they are kept up to date about new products
Log communication correspondence onto CRM systems and follow up on unresolved queries
Profile of the German Customer Service Administrator:
Excellent level of German as well as a fluent level of English
Experience in a professional environment in B2B Customer Service or Sales Support
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Excellent team player
Knowledge of Excel and CRM systems is highly desirable
