​Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, B2B client advisor or order processing specialist for an international client in the retail industry.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator with German:

  • Deal with enquiries in a timely manner – escalating any issues to relevant departments

  • Assist business clients with any queries regarding orders, delivery or returns

  • Regular liaison with the finance team regarding invoices and credit notes

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional activities are well communicated in the local languages

  • Build relationships with clients to ensure they are kept up to date about new products

  • Log communication correspondence onto CRM systems and follow up on unresolved queries

Profile of the German Customer Service Administrator:

  • Excellent level of German as well as a fluent level of English

  • Experience in a professional environment in B2B Customer Service or Sales Support

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Excellent team player

  • Knowledge of Excel and CRM systems is highly desirable
