Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a customer service coordinator, Client advisor with fluent German to join an international fashion brand
You will assist clients with their order and delivery queries and deliver outstanding service to ensure repeat business for the brand

Duties of the German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator:
Deal with customer queries within set deadlines over phone, chat and email
Update FAQs and reviewing website content
Report failed or delayed deliveries as well as faulty product complaints to the relevant departments
Assist with translation of documents and customer responses
Communicate with the warehouses regarding stock and orders
Take part in monthly meetings to improve overall services and efficiency of the business
Requirements of the bilingual Customer Service advisor
Fluent English with fluent German Spoken and written
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Confident telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised with good attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks
An interest in either fashion, clothes, sportswear, apparel, retail, e-commerce, marketing and merchandising is a plus
Ability to liaise with external suppliers and internal departments
Familiar with online customer service procedures and social media platforms would be ideal
Able to work in shift (Day shifts only!)
