This is a unique opportunity for a German speaking Customer Service Coordinator who has an interest in the technology sector and who is looking to gain experience working for a famous high tech company providing excellent customer support with German, Swiss and Austrian product orders.

You will manage the whole product order and coordination , working together with other departments

German speaking Customer Service Coordinator - Hi Tech

- Duties:

• Dealing with incoming emails, calls, live chats and video calls from the Dach region
• Database Management
• Product requests Coordination dealing with Resellers , distributors and customers all over Europe distributors, resellers from all over Europe
• Products orders and replacements orders
• Leasing with technical departments
• Client and distributor updates
• Leasing with important clients and resellers

German speaking Customer Service Coordinator - Hi Tech must have:

• Fluency in German and English is a must

• Either Customer service , Sales admin , customer support or administration experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Communication skills
• Interest for technology or high tech
