German Speaking Customer Service Export Administrator

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an organised and experienced German Speaking Customer Service and Export Administrator to work on the export desk of a large and multinational manufacturing company. Your main responsibilities will include sales administration and dealing with customers directly via telephone and email. You will be working as part of a large and friendly team in impressive offices.
Duties of the German Speaking Customer Service Export Administrator:
• Responsible for processing all orders coming in via fax, email and telephone
• Dealing with German and English speaking customers and possibly other European clients, this will include the administration of all export documentation
• Sending out order acknowledgements and using Sage
• Ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising with freight administrators, warehouse and carriers to collect quotes and necessary shipping documents and details
• Responsible for electronic filing
• Support and liaison with the Sales Team and providing order status updates
• Assisting customers with floor plans and quantity calculations
Requirements of the German Speaking Customer Service Export Administrator:
• Fluency in German and English both written and verbal is essential
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fluency in either French or Dutch in addition to German would be a great advantage
• Experience of export administration and data entry
• Excellent customer service skills are vital
• Enthusiastic team player
• Proficient user of MS office and quick to learn new programs
