Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a German speaking Customer Service Manager for our client, an industry-leading company with clients all over Europe.

Duties of the German speaking Customer Service Manager:

 

  • Leading a customer service team, providing support and encouragement to deliver the best results possible
  • Monitoring and revising colleagues’ performance, dealing with issues of conduct and offering solutions for reduced performance
  • Responsible for assigning workload and tasks to the office, setting daily objectives
  • Ensuring an appropriate level of service through covering work hours and planning adequate staff availability
  • Training new employees and managing staff schedules
  • Reviewing levels of customer service satisfaction in order to offer ways of improvement
  • Responsible for creating a positive work environment for all employees

 

Requirements of the German speaking Customer Service Manager:

 

  • Fluent German and English, both written and verbal
  • Preferably at least 3 years’ experience in a management role
  • Professional telephone manner and the ability to listen to both colleagues and customers
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT platforms
  • Leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high attention to detail
