German speaking Customer Service Specialist

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently hiring a dedicated & experienced German Speaking Customer Service professional for a prestigious luxury design company with multiple offices in the UK.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your German language proficiency while gaining valuable experience in B2B customer support & order management within the luxury design sector.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction within European export markets. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Promptly and efficiently process incoming queries from European export markets to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide Sales Support to Field Sales Managers and other team members.

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and process orders.

• Offer additional products and services to customers.

• Manage complaints and delivery inquiries.

• Utilize web chat for real-time client communication.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Department on stock levels and account departments on credit levels.

• Undertake general office administrative tasks and procedures.

• Provide sales information to Sales Managers as requested.

• Take the initiative to learn about products and provide additional support to the team when possible.

• Offer ad hoc support where needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English

• Good command of Microsoft Office

• Ideally previous customer service or sales admin or export or order processing experience.

• Organised, able to prioritise and work towards deadlines

• Motivated and friendly

• Strong communication skills with good telephone manners

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
