LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a famous organization with clients and offices worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a world renowned company for a candidate with great interpersonal skills and a background in logistics, supply chain or any customer service function. This role will especially suit a candidate with an excellent telephone manner and a passion for International Customer Support and administration.

Duties of the German speaking Customer Service Specialist:

- Provide excellent customer support in regards to orders, price and credits for external & internal stakeholders
- Draft customer invoice and answer invoice related queries
- Data entry and data quality control
- Support installation and offer training for new instruments
- Maintain key relationships between customers and stakeholders
- Support data integration and collaborate with internal stakeholders


Requirements of the German speaking Customer Service Specialist:

- Educated to degree level
- Fluency in German to near Native level
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or any related field
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Initiative, Adaptability and being a good negotiator
- SAP ERP or CRM experience is preferred but nt essential
