Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an experienced German Speaking Export Sales Administrator for our client, a prestigious luxury design company in West London. This is a great opportunity to utilise your languages and gain valuable experience in export and logistics.


Duties of the German Speaking Export Sales Administrator
• Reporting to the Export Manager you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. by processing all incoming queries from the German European export markets promptly and efficiently.
• Provide Sales Support to the Field Sales Managers and other team members.
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails from customers and processing orders.
• Liaising with the Commercial Department regarding stock levels and account department regarding credit levels.
• General office admin and procedures.
• Producing export documentation, bills of lading and customs clearance etc
The dispatch of all samples following new launches as instructed.
• Provide sales information to the Sales Managers as requested.
• Take own initiative to learn about products, and prove additional support to the team when possible.

Requirements of the German Speaking Export Sales Administrator
• Fluent in German and English.
• High standard of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of export to overseas markets
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 1yr minimum export experience.
• Organised, good at multi tasker
• Motivated and friendly
• Able to work as part of a team
