Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is seeking a German-speaking Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or Marketing Project Manager to join a leading global Trade Conference and Exhibition company.

Duties of the Marketing Coordinator with German:

  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns with the broad marketing team

  • Implement marketing campaigns and assess their effectiveness, ensuring they meet performance criteria.

  • Lead the creation of marketing materials in line with the strategy.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns targeting new clients & promotes client retention

  • Develop audience plans and ensure accurate messaging.

  • Regularly evaluate marketing plans, response rates/KPIs, attendee demographics, and industry best practices, providing recommendations and adjustments as necessary.

  • Oversee & execute digital marketing campaign and drive engagement on social media

  • Manage databases and provide accurate reporting.

  • Handle budgets and collaborate with Finance.

  • Manage PR and media relations.

  • Oversee visitor registration and develop attendee/delegate pricing strategies and reporting

  • Support business development strategies.


Your Profile:

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)

  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a fast-paced industry.

  • Business acumen to develop sales-led marketing initiatives

  • Good IT skills (MS office, CRM & CMS platforms)

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and time management skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask with strong attention to detail.

  • Social Media Savvy with a background in using marketing automation tools

  • Ability to adjust working hours as required during events period
