German Speaking PA/Office Manager / Part-Time
Location: London but working remotely until it is safe to return to the office.

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a German Speaking Office Manager for their client, a prestigious publishing group in central London. This is a varied and responsible role where you can utilise your excellent organisational skills and languages. You will be in charge of a lot of the internal office administration, whilst also maintaining beautiful and seamless office operations.
Objective: To play a pivotal role in running the London office whilst assisting the Managing Director in day to day operations
Duties of the German Speaking Office Manager:
Liaising with clients and their agents and coordinating day to day operations.
Liaise with sales team and offices in German and play a key role in offering solutions and support
Dealing with finance administration, expenses, supplier invoices, processing payments and chasing late payments
Producing sales and cost analysis for the sales team and publishing partners
Liaising with clients, media buyers, sales team and HQ in Germany and assisting with queries and problem solving
Preparation and organisation of company events
Requirements of the German Speaking Office Manager:
Fluency in English and German
Experience in office administration/PA/Office Management
Some knowledge of finance administration and knowledge of accounting very preferable).
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to multitask, work to deadlines and use initiative
Good team player with excellent communication skills and can-do attitude
