The company supplies clients with offices across the globe, so you will be working in an exciting, multi-cultural environment where many different languages are spoken. Duties of the German Speaking Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales:

• Management of existing orders from traders and customers over the telephone
• Maintaining relationships with clients
• Being the first point of contact for clients in the DACH region
• Processing and entering orders on the database
• Upselling products to ensure higher order quantities
• Dealing with outbound call campaigns and projects to improve company revenue

Requirements of the German speaking Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales:
• Fluent German and business proficient English
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to exceed individual and team targets
• Quick decision-making skills
