LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is seeking a German Speaking Sales Coordinator on behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company in North West London. Our ideal candidate would be a fluent German speaker, who is able to build solid relationships with customers while assisting them with their orders. Any previous experience with logistics and EMEA customs administration is a definite plus. Responsibilities of the German Speaking Sales Coordinator:

• Professionally dealing with customer queries

• Processing customer orders using company CRM

• Liaising with logistics team to ensure prompt delivery

• Taking care of product returns

• Maintaining knowledge about company products and services

• Managing databases and archives

Requirements of the German Speaking Sales Coordinator:

• Fluent in German and English

• Minimum A level education or equivalent

• Confident communicator in German and English, in all aspects of business life

• Works well in stressful situations

• Able to travel domestically and internationally

• German speaking administration or B2C experience (preferable)

• Proficient in SAP or similar software (preferable)

• Some knowledge of international customs (preferable)
