Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Social Media Content Quality Analyst, Content Moderator, Language Quality Checker, Language quality auditor or Quality assurance specialist with German language skills to join the growing ranks of a world-renowned social media platform.

German Speaking Social Media Content Quality Analyst, Main Duties:

• Manage projects and perform quality checks on assigned markets

• Conduct data analysis, handle appeals and provide labelling quality feedback

• Closely collaborate with different cross-functional teams to ensure safe content is published on the platform

• Provide localisation, and language support to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Model Training and labelling teams

• Assist with training and calibration of Audio speech recognition (ASR) and language recognition (LID) tools

Profile of Social Media Content Quality Analyst with German:

• Fluency in German and English required

• Previous experience in quality assurance is essential

• Background in Data processing or data analysis

• A BA degree or equivalent education or background in linguistics is preferred

• A background in content Moderation, content quality, social media safety or content labelling is a real plus

• Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently

• Good MS office Skills

• Excellent communication skills, logical and collaborative mindset

• Willing to work with sensitive content
