LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting for a talented translator of commercial texts from German into English.  This is an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic and established company; with the chance of growing in the position and taking on more varied projects over time.

German to English In-House Translator - Key Duties:

- Translating and proofreading texts from German into English
- Working to client defined deadlines
- Paying excellent attention to detail and ensuring the quality of the material is second to none before delivering the final versions
- Working independently as well as part of a multilingual translation team in a pressurised environment
- Dealing with a range of texts, including Technical, Marketing and Legal material

German to English In-House Translator - to apply you will have:

- Native level English
- Excellent fluency in German
- Fluency in Spanish or Italian, or another European language would be a great advantage but is not essential
- A degree and ideally a post graduate qualification in languages or translation
- Experience of freelance or in-house technical translation is preferred, however all specialisations will be considered
- Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as familiarity with CAT Tools (Trados, Wordfast)
