Language Recruitment Service (LRS) is looking for a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager with international experience to manage a EMEA payroll team and ensure payroll is processed accurately and within deadlines

Global Payroll Manager:

  • Manage and process payroll and billings

  • Responsible for Payroll batch verification and processing

  • Bank payment

  • Managing a team

  • Ensure compliance to local regulations

  • Investigate any payroll discrepancies

  • Collaborate with accounting team and assist with audits

  • Produce reports to managers

  • Maintain employee records and update pay rate changes


  • Fluent English

  • German or Dutch would be a plus

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Strong MS office and numeracy skills

  • Strong Capacity in managing a remote team

  • Organised and confident in working towards strict deadlines
